Rockstar has not announced DJ Cara for GTA 6, and it has not announced Non-Stop-Pop FM either. Nothing rules her out. As of today, nobody outside Rockstar knows.

Rockstar announced the album on 17 September 2026, with Atlantic Records. Artists including Travis Scott, Future, Fred Again.., Morgan Wallen, Metro Boomin, Rauw Alejandro, Keith Richards and PinkPantheress have said they are on it.
An album is not a radio station. Rockstar has said the details of the in-game radio are still to come, and it has named no host for any station.
Why Non-Stop-Pop FM might not come back
GTA 6 moves to Leonida, not Los Santos. A station belongs to its city, and a pop station built in 2013 around 1980s to 2013 hits is now dated by 13 years.
Music licences are the other problem. In September 2026 Rockstar removed Moloko's "The Time Is Now" from Non-Stop-Pop FM in GTA 5 Enhanced, almost certainly because the licence ran out. Rockstar is letting old deals lapse rather than paying to renew them, which is the opposite of what carrying a 2013 playlist into a new game would need.
Why she might come back
Rockstar brings stations back. V-Rock is in GTA 6 and it first ran in Vice City in 2002.
Delevingne has also worked with Rockstar twice already. She recorded for the original release in 2013, and she came back to record more dialogue for the enhanced version. She is not a one-session guest.
What about the goodbye clip?
Clips in which DJ Cara says farewell before GTA 6 are not real, and Rockstar did not make them. People make them with AI voice tools. The DJ Cara quotes page sets out what she actually says.
